AU2020 - Spring Vale vineyards chardonnay 2012


50% fermented in old French oak barriques (so no obvious oakiness). 50% tank fermented. Straw green in colour. Aromas of lemon rind, grapefruit and talc. Palate is focused, long and lively with a limey core. Nice grip and presence; highly textural. Outstanding length.
